In the process of conflict resolution there are times when emotions begin to run high. This is especially true when discussing issues about which you feel passionate. In relationship, what can be done with this strong emotion?
Sadly, it is at this point when couples begin to fight. Fighting is an attempt at resolving conflict, but it rarely works in a productive manner. A better alternative is to take time away from the conflict in order to gather your thoughts before re-engaging.
